Natalie has been a leader in Canadian public and private education, from Principal of Toronto’s largest school for the Gifted and Talented to Head of Canada’s oldest and most prestigious girls’ private school. She has served on numerous Boards and Foundations. She also has 15 years of experience in UAE as a Principal, Board Member and Education Consultant. Natalie has worked extensively in both private and public sectors, in the areas of initial school-building and establishment, capacity-building and governance, accreditation and school improvement, project management, and public school reform.
Dr. M. A. MacPherson
Executive Advisor for Curriculum and Achievement
Dr. MacPherson has over twenty-five years experience in educational goal setting, school leadership, curriculum implementation and staff development from elementary to high school levels. He has been a teacher, principal, private school headmaster, School Board program director, e-Learning consultant and leadership mentor. His background includes several years as a faculty member in undergraduate and graduate university teacher education programs and experience as an educator in five Canadian provinces, Germany, and the UAE.
Executive Adviser for Accountability, Change Initiatives, and Professional Development
Paul was Head of Canada College in Italy and served in various senior leadership roles in Canada and the UAE, including Superintendent of Education for 55 public schools and inspections of 450 private schools in Ontario. He has also been a curriculum developer and leadership consultant, nationally and internationally. He regularly contributes to educational initiatives in establishing new private schools, staff and student recruitment, and strategic school change. Paul is an expert in the effective education of boys. He is also a highly regarded presenter and a leader of professional development at all levels.
Dr. James Wilson
Executive Advisor for Strategic Leadership and US Common Core Standards
Dr. Wilson has worked as a teacher, principal, project manager, consultant, superintendent and state board of education member both in the US and overseas. While serving as superintendent of the American International School in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, he developed a long-range strategic plan, implemented new strategies for budgeting and curriculum development, and significantly improved school communication. He has been an advisor to state and federal education leaders and is a published author on educational change.
Richard has global experience in the highest quality international education, having worked across the full range of sectors. His strength is his clear focus on relevant technology applications. His roles have included: IT Curriculum Leader in the UAE; Coordinator for technology in top tier international schools in Korea, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Germany, South Africa and Mali; Manager of a regional college program in Canada; and educator from Pre-KG - Grade 12. With qualifications in curriculum and administration and a recent graduate program in Knowledge Management, Richard's skills range from technology-based student learning and curriculum, media and library systems, to decision support solutions for management.
